I'm Dilum Senevirathne, the founder of AInfuse. I help small businesses in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK run leaner with AI automation and better websites.

Most people in this space come from a pure tech background. Mine was a bit different.

Background

I spent nearly a decade as a technology journalist, writing about AI, software, and productivity for some of the web's most read tech publications. Over that time my work reached tens of millions of readers worldwide. That gave me a clear picture of what technology can actually do today versus what gets hyped, and how to explain it to people who just want it to work.

Before that, I studied management accounting through CIMA, earning an Asia-Pacific prize in the process. That background means I think about automation the way a business owner does. What does this cost? Where is the actual bottleneck? What is the fastest way to see a real result?
