1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website ainfuse.co and the AI automation consulting services provided by AInfuse ("we", "us", or "our"), operated as a sole proprietorship based in Sri Lanka. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
AInfuse provides bespoke B2B AI automation architecture, workflow integration, agent development, and engineering consulting. All services, deliverables, milestones, and project specifications are defined and provided exclusively as agreed upon in individual, written client proposals, contracts, or Statements of Work (SOW).
3. No Guarantees & Disclaimer of Warranties
While we build robust, production-grade automated workflows adhering to modern software engineering best practices, we provide no guarantees, warranties, or assurances of specific business outcomes, revenue targets, conversion metrics, or flawless AI outputs.
AI systems rely on third-party foundational models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and external APIs. You acknowledge that generative AI models have inherent probabilistic behavior, potential for hallucinations, and third-party rate limits or platform downtime beyond our direct control.
4. Payment Terms & Invoicing
All fees, payment schedules, retainer arrangements, milestone structures, and refund terms are strictly specified in individual client agreements or project proposals. Invoices must be settled in accordance with the timelines established within each binding engagement agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing in an individual client contract, custom workflows, automation scripts, and deliverables created for a client become the client's property upon full settlement of associated invoices, while pre-existing frameworks, templates, and general engineering methodologies remain the property of AInfuse.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any individual agreements entered into with AInfuse shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sri Lanka.
